033: Nailed it.

Okay! Here we go. The next major arc begins! In just a few comics, I will unveil the next character to join the cast! I’m very excited to get there, but I also want to take the time and panels it needs. Pacing is important to me.
In this comic, we finally get to see what R-0Y was doing when he injured his arm previously. I specifically wanted my “CRASH” explosion to evoke Lynn Johnson’s style, as she’s one of my biggest influences for physical comedy in a comic strip.
As of the writing of this post, I am caught up on the website! Commentary from this point on will be written as I post each comic, instead of retrospectively. I’ll still try add some insights into the work as I go. Only 67 comics to go! I’m happy to say I’ve finally gotten over the creative hurdles and I’ve outlined at least the next 20 comics! I’m super excited to have everything set up and ready to go: The art style, the plot, the website. It is a very strong way to enter Act II of Existential Bread and I could not have predicted this at all!
