017: Meditation for robots

You can’t focus on your breathing if you don’t breathe.

At this point I still didn’t have a good idea for names for my four characters. I was still just trying to focus on writing jokes and the art style. I had been shortening “Robot Boy” to “R-0Y” since the beginning, but I only started using “Sam” for the Old Man character around this comic. It’s a nod to Samuel Westinghouse III, which is probably destined to come out on the page eventually.

Don’t let details like names stop you from making something funny and pretty.
